Complex Needs Teaching AssistantComplex Needs Teaching Assistant- L32.Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious SEN experienced Teaching Assistant to join an exceptional SEN school in Knowsley, Liverpool to work on a long-term or short-term basis starting as soon as possible!Youll be joining an inclusive and supportive school, focused on diversity and promoting a loving academic environment for those with additional needs such as ASC, PMLD, compllex needs and learning difficulties.This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!What Youll Be Doing in the Role:
- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs
- Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
- Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
- Must have a passion for education
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
- Must have experience using Personal Care
