As Complex Case Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be the external face of complex complaints cases at RHP, leading and building relationships with the Housing Ombudsman and other third parties, to enhance RHP\xe2\x80\x99s reputation for providing great customer service.
Doing your job brilliantly means using your energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge to quality check responses and prevent escalation to the Housing Ombudsman Service, delivering amazing customer service first time, every time.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll have experience of using wise judgment and decision making to resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be curious, looking for innovative ways to drive a service that reduces the need for customers to complain. Your superb communication and influencing skills will enable you to build strong relationships.
