A new permanent position for a Complaint Vigilance Lead, with a global manufacturing client within the area.
This is an exciting new role for the UK business and offers attractive hybrid working ie. 50% office based and 50% working from home.
The role is considered ideal for an individual who already has some experience of a complaint management role, particularly within a manufacturing organisation, ie. fast moving consumer goods, pharma company or similar.
The role reports to Quality Management and is placed within the Global Quality Team within the business.

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm, Friday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 4.30pm
Summary of the role:
The Complaint Vigilance Lead is handling tasks to support quality processes and projects and may lead a minimal complexity project or an appropriate scope project area.This position will carry out data entry, reviews, data analysis, data summaries, make conclusions and develop recommendations and present out to the team in support of current processes and programs. Also drives required investigations and crafts communications back to external partners.

Education and Experience
University\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited institution in a related field
Professional typically with over 3 plus years technical experience and a demonstrated track record
Specialist knowledge/expertise: Consumer products, medical device, food, dietary supplements or pharmaceutical complaint handling and vigilance requirements
Contributions focused on functional execution elements; needs some direction
Strategy and Functional Expertise
Knowledge of complaint handling policies, procedures and metrics Standard computer based software knowledge
Keeps accurate documentation, manages multiple priorities and submits detailed reports to appropriate executives
High attention to detail, organization and accuracy

Skills in data analysis to report and present effectiveness of business processes
Skills in written communication, both to internal and external customers
Math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
