Job Description




Our client, a large international company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Complaints Handler to join their team in Enfield, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling complaints, and coordinating patient transport to hospitals, ensuring timely and efficient transport services are provided to patients. This position offers the opportunity of going temp to perm.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and emails from patients, hospitals, and healthcare professionals regarding patient transport requests and queries.
Monitor and track transport requests and ensure that all transportation services are provided within the required timeframe and handle any queries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, following the company\'s complaint handling procedures.
Pass over all complaints and queries to the correct heads of departments.

Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service and complaints handling role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
Good English communication both verbal and written.
Hold a current enhanced DBS or will to apply for enhanced DBS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary
\xc2\xa311.75 per hour
Working hours
Monday to Friday
08.00 17.00 and 1 in 4 four weeks 09.00 18.00
Benefits

Weekly Pay on Friday (one week in arrears)
Accrued holiday pay of 28 days per annum including public holidays.
