We're seeking a

Compensation Partner Specialist

to assist in designing, implementing, and administering a wide range of compensation programmes aligned with Worldpay's business strategies. This role requires global compensation experience at a large company. Are you ready to make your mark? Then you sound like a Worldpayer.

About the team




The Global Total Rewards team defines and implements a global total rewards strategy for the new Worldpay. This position is a subject matter expert and compensation consultant, working closely with the People & Culture team and business leaders.

What you'll own



Lead the implementation and delivery of various Compensation and HR projects, including the annual compensation review process, performance management, and monthly reporting. Drive the implementation and administration of compensation and incentive programmes across the organisation. Provide proactive consultation to the People & Culture team and business leaders on Worldpay's compensation strategy. Research, collect, and analyse data to determine market-relevant and locally appropriate compensation components. Participate in salary surveys, summarising and analysing competitive data. Conduct market analyses to identify competitive practices and trends in key geographic areas. Support the HRIS team in report compilation and analysis. Assist other HR staff with data generation and report compilation as needed.

What you bring



Extensive knowledge of UK compensation laws and regulations. Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday Human Capital Management. Advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and database management. Competence in using MS Office, Access, and Visio. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. Strong attention to detail, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. Effective teamwork in cross-functional environments. Ability to derive accurate conclusions from raw data. Capability to engage with employees at all levels. Skilled in prioritising, multi-tasking, and adapting in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and the public.
