Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for a Global business. Our client will consider candidates with just 1-2 years experience in Total Rewards!
As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will provide specialist advice to employees, management and internal and external stakeholders in the field of total reward. You will contribute to the overall development of the Compensation & Benefit strategy.
The Role:
- Development and design of compensation and benefit packages, policies and procedures
- Benefit contracts and vendor relationship management
- Conducting Pay Reviews in various countries in Europe based on market and benchmark research and in alignment with the labour market and legal requirements
- Participate in our annual compensation cycles
- Participation in Reward survey
- Reviewing compensation and benefit plans that are currently in place with team members across Europe
- Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits - EMEA experience not necessary
- Experience with reward market practices in the UK
- Knowledge about different options of compensation and ways to motivate people
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
- Good judgement and decision-making skills.
