Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the overall financial health of the organisation.

Duties

Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Oversee data entry and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other software. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage clerical and administrative tasks related to finance operations. Provide support in the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors as required. Utilise Google Suite for documentation and communication purposes. Maintain effective phone etiquette when communicating with clients and stakeholders. Communicate with design team and factory, advise on cost in design and manufacturing process. From professional financial prospect, advise on price and digital marketing strategy and budget.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a finance-related role. Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with clerical and administrative processes in a finance context. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A master degree in Finance is preferred. Chinese Mandarin language. knowledge of UK and China tax and relevant regulations preferred.
