Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coaches/Fitness Coaches to join our team. In this role, you will work in different types of sports setting's. This is a 0-hour contract position with immediate hours available and the potential for more as our company continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver a variety of fitness activities and sports sessions tailored to children/adults. Encourage social interaction and community engagement through physical activities. Provide guidance and support to participants to help them achieve their fitness goals. Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Monitor and assess the progress of participants and adjust activities as needed.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in sports coaching, fitness training, or a related field. Experience working with adults in a fitness or sports setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire participants. Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
