About the Roundhouse
Roundhouse is an iconic music and arts venue in Camden. Since the 1960\'s we\'ve opened up space for creativity to empower people and communities - day in, night out. The Role
The Community Programme Manager will ensure the delivery of high quality creative programmes for and with a diverse range of young people aged 11 - 25yrs, with a particular emphasis on those least likely to engage in the arts. The Community Programme Manager will work strategically and operationally to create opportunities that contribute towards a cohesive and collaborative offer within the local community that enables tangible pathways for young people to progress in and through Roundhouse\'s creative programmes.
About You
You will have experience working with young people and communities in informal education or youth work settings. In addition, a passion for leading and designing high-quality creative learning programmes for young people who face barriers accessing creative opportunities.
