This flexible role involves supporting local tenants with information about improving their living conditions and accessing support services.

What You'll Do:

Chat with local residents about community support options Help identify issues like repairs, maintenance needs, and improvements Provide basic advice (full training given)

Ideal Candidates:

Residents of Newtown or nearby Current or previous experience living in council housing Good communication skills Caring and community-minded attitude
