As we look to expand, we are seeking caring, compassionate individuals who want to support their community. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team to provide in-home support to our clients in the Taunton and Wellington areas. As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for supporting clients with various activities of daily living, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities:



Providing personal care Supporting with meal preparation and drinks Assisting with medication needs Offering companionship and emotional support to clients and family members Performing light household tasks and ensuring a clean and safe environment Accompanying clients to social events, shopping, and appointments Documenting the care you provide in detail and reporting any changes to the appropriate Line Manager

Requirements:



No experience required; full training and ongoing support provided Must be compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to varying shifts, including working every other weekend Willingness to undergo background checks Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
