Summary

We are seeking a Community Care Assistant to join our team at SureCare Shropshire. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care needs.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid driving license is desirable for travel between client locations. Empathy, kindness and compassion
Salary starts at 12.50 per hour ( we do not pay a lower rate for travelling time / waiting time or training) bonus pay on bank holidays

We have a variety of shifts available from the traditional 0700 - 1400 & 1600 - 2200 to the family flexible ones 0900 - 1400.

We offer guaranteed hour contracts and flexible bank shifts

Mileage paid at 0.45p per mile

Comprehensive uniform provided to meet infection control standards
