As a Community Agent, you will act as a bridge between the local community, voluntary organisations, and statutory services. Your work will empower individuals to live independently, stay safe, and participate fully in their communities. You will be managed by AVOW and work directly with residents across Wrexham.

Engage with clients in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service. Organise and participate in community events, promoting inclusivity and well-being. Work both proactively and reactively to foster a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act.
