Communications Manager - ConsultingWe are searching for an experienced Communications Manager - ConsultingMake an Impact at RSM UKOur Consulting service line brings together diverse advisory experts to deliver our six core solutions: business transformation, forensic and investigations services, deal services, restructuring, finance function support, and risk & governance.
It's an exciting time to join us, as we embark on ambitious growth plans and this role will play a crucial role in building awareness and brand positioning of Consulting within the firm and across our chosen channels and industries.We are looking for a Communication Manager to lead the development and implementation of our key communication and content strategy and priorities across both Consulting's internal and external audiences. This role will be responsible for the awareness and brand positioning of Consulting within the firm and in our chosen channels and industries.This role is available in our London and other south office locations.You'll make an impact by:

• Ensuring our messaging across Consulting and our six solutions is consistent and engaging, using the right communication channels to reach our target audiences to position RSM as a leading Consulting firm
• Creating new content and improving existing content across our six solutions to support our teams to strengthen existing client relationships and win new clients for Consulting
• Advising and guiding our key Consulting and solution commentators on their personal branding, communication and content strategy to support their messaging both internally and externally
• Leading our strategic third-party relationships and deliver a project plan, ensuring we identify opportunities and maximise these relationships to position RSM Consulting as a market leader
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, bringing energy, pace, and a positive, can-do attitude to all tasks

What we are looking for:We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

• 7 years plus of communication (internal and/or external) experience in corporate, financial or agency businesses
• 3 years plus at a manager level
• Excellent copy writer and editor skills
• Experience working with and coaching senior management
• Strong/confident communicator, with good influencing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders with strong opinions
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and strong time management skills
