Job Description
Role Purpose
The role will require you to liaise with all stakeholders in order to facilitate and maximise the number of residencies accessed for Stock Condition Surveys being carried out by the Council.
Responsibilities
- Community research and analysis.
- Drafting consultation materials and communications, and working closely with our communications team.
- Data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including residents, politicians and other Council Teams.
- Social media and website content writing.
- Preparing client ready collateral and advice on delivering a strategy and associated programme successfully.
- Demonstrate an up-to-date understanding of how to deliver communication activities throughout the project timeline.
- Providing day-to-day contractor liaison and being the point of contact for the contractor.
- Managing, with support and guidance, consultation and corporate communication programmes for Stock Condition Surveys.
- Engage with residents at public events, such as exhibitions and door knocking.
- Compiling and updating stakeholder lists.
- Excellent research and communication (written and oral) skills
- Proficient in MS Office, web analytics, and various social media applications.
- Minimum 2 in marketing, communications, or related role.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (In Office)
- Initial 3 month contract
- PAYE via Umbrella
