Time for an exciting new opportunity within internal comms?

I\'m working with a well-respected client within the travel industry and I\'m looking for an exceptional internal comms professional to play a business partner role within their team. You will be working with the Senior IC Business Partners to deliver the strategy and you will be owning an annual programme of events and comms both to internal and external audiences. With a creative approach and ability to manage multiple projects, this role would be a great step-up for someone looking for internal comms career progression and who is seeking greater development of their strategic abilities.

Who would suit?

This opportunity would be ideal for a Comms professional who is capable of advising and supporting to ensure excellent and innovative engagement across a range of audiences. The ideal candidate will be a comms expert - someone who is proactive and can recognise and deliver the vision of the company within a well-thought-out comms plan. Additionally, they must be able to demonstrate the value of comms to the wider business. What to expect:

Execution of a comms strategy

Taking ownership of some corporate narrative and implementation of internal comms

Working with stakeholders to ensure best-in-class, relevant communications over a range of channels

Website and event management

Writing press releases and working alongside agencies

What do you need?

To succeed, you need a solid understanding of internal comms and engagement. You will thrive working in a fast-paced, busy environment and you will have experience working with stakeholders and building strong, influential relationships. You will also be able to use metrics to make sure future strategic planning is continually improved.
