An exciting opportunity to work with Commissioners and service providers for accommodation-based care services for older people, including Housing with Care and residential and nursing care homes.
You will be joining us at a time of significant change and challenge with on-going developments within health and social care, and a care market that is still recovering from the Covid 19 pandemic.
The Commissioning Support Officer is a varied role in which you will actively support the planning, reporting and administrative processes of our small, friendly team. This includes developing and maintaining spreadsheets and information systems, analysing data, supporting the development of project plans, organising meetings and liaising with stakeholders. You will play an important role in ensuring that care services are effective in their delivery.
We are looking for a team member that can work on their own initiative and take responsibility for pieces of work reporting to a commissioning manager. You will need to be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and balance a varied workload- no two days are the same!
For an informal discussion about this role please contact Claire Dixon, Commissioning Manager Accommodation on 01603 223151.
