Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced individual who is committed to support Adult Social Care Transformation through the delivery of our Commissioning Strategies and Transformation Programme. The main focus of the role will be the delivery of the Care at Home / Independence at Home strategy, but will also incorporate wider commissioning, including the include the work we are undertaking with our strategic Health partners as part of our developing Integrated Commissioning approaches, including our Supported Living Strategy ensuring these are coproduced with our communities.

The person we are seeking will be able to identify where they have supported similar commissioning ambitions successfully, be an experienced Strategic Commissioner and will bring a commitment to support our continued drive for improvement going forward, by working in an inclusive and proactive way. If you feel you are able to offer the skills and experience we need we would love to see your application.
