Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Commissioning Home Manager for their Large -large sized care home based near Ringwood, Hampshire. This will be a state of the art Elderly Nursing home, which aim to offer OUTSTANDING levels of care.

This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully managing a care service or experience of commissioning. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving \'Good\' \xe2\x80\x93 \'Outstanding\' CQC reports.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, network with the local community, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard.

The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and only want to hire people who are driven and determined to make a difference to people\'s lives.

Requirements
Nursing Home Manager experience (Essential).
RGN/RMN/RNLD (highly desirable) or NON nurse
Experience working within the high-end sector (Desirable)
Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.
Commissioning experience (highly desirable)

Location
The home is based near Ringwood and would be a suitable commute from Southampton, Fordingbridge, Bournemouth, Lymington and Salisbury.

Summary
My client is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager, ideally with a nursing pin, who has a track history of managing successful homes and commissioning experience. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of \xc2\xa385,000k plus a 40% yearly bonus (OTE \xc2\xa3119k).
