are nationally recognised for our expertise in designing, supplying and commissioning MVHR systems for Passivhaus and low-energy projects. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will travel throughout the country to set up and commission MVHR systems in line with our in-house design.
The role involves communication with clients, contractors, and project managers, ensuring a smooth process and handover. As a field role it is expected you will be working away from home up to 4 nights per week.
This role will entail installation commissioning, servicing, fault finding and repairs. Full training will be given.
There will be admin tasks such as the completion of reports and maintaining records on our CRM system.
As the face of 21 you will be expected to present yourself professionally, to a high standard, communicate effectively and promote our company services.
Key Responsibilities
Install, and provide support to our in-house installation teams
Commissioning of MVHR systems including producing reports for Building Control sign off in line with Part F of Building Regulations and Passivhaus requirements
Servicing of existing MVHR systems
Liaising with clients, contractors, and project managers to organise site visits.
Working closely with our aftersales team and senior commissioning engineer, providing clear and timely communication and feedback
Work autonomously with high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Taking responsibility for the company vehicle in line with expectations
Maintaining records on our CRM system
Investigating problems and system faults and providing on-site presence to repair faults
Education & Qualifications
Desirable
Good knowledge of Building Regulations Part F
BPEC or NICEIC Domestic ventilation training
Willingness to learn and apply new skills
Essential
GCSE and A Level or equivalent
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and apply new skills
A clean UK driving license

Technical competencies
Computer literate with experience of Office Suite including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to read and understand architectural floor plans, sections, and ability to read drawings in 3D format
Ability to read and understand simple wiring diagrams and commission system controls
Ability and willingness to read and understand manufacturer's instructions
Good written and verbal communication skills to able to converse well with customers, suppliers, and our team
Investigating problems, diagnosing/repairing faults
Liaising with installation teams and installation supervisor/project managers.
Carrying out on site installation including ductwork, cutting and assembly.
Writing commissioning and servicing reports with documentation for customers
Document customer conversations and provide updates on visit via our CRM
Responding promptly to any customer calls/emails and provide timely solutions
Coordinate with customers for timely arrivals
Provide onsite technical support and handover to customers
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all installation, commissioning, and repair activities.
