we are recruiting for a Chef to join our Kitchen Team, offering an excellent opportunity for someone to broaden their experience and gain professional development within a busy, successful kitchen operation. We are located on Martland Mill and are a 86 bedroom hotel - with all day dining available across 3 menus and a variety of specials.
What will I be responsible for?
As a Chef you will be responsible for:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high level
Assisting the kitchen in developing new specials dishes
Ensuring you and your team deliver high standards of food and meet health and safety regulations with a strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and allergens
Ensuring a squeaky clean kitchen after breakfast and dinner service

As our operation is open 24hrs per day, you'll be reliable and able to work a variety of shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays

You will be flexible, adaptable and hardworking!

Salary / Hours:
The role pays 13.21 per hour and we are looking for either full or part-time roles.
Shifts are a mixture of early & lates.
