About the role
As Commis Chef, you\'ll be part of dynamic brigade dealing with Scottish produce, that\'s got to have your juices flowing.
You\'ll help prepare and cook food for busy breakfasts and around 250 dinners on busy days.
You\'ll have previous kitchen experience, be passionate about British cooking, and working with freshly sourced local produce. You\'ll also have the personality to fit into our motivated and friendly team of chefs.
You\'ll work a variety of shift patterns, mainly breakfast and dinner service.
