Salary up to \xc2\xa329,336 (Basic salary: \xc2\xa312/hour plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be between \xc2\xa34,500 - \xc2\xa35,000) and on top of the salary overtime paid \xe2\x80\x93 based on a 39-hour week
The Pem is Sally Ab\xc3\xa9\xe2\x80\x99s Ayala Chef of the Year signature restaurant, dedicated to the pursuit of culinary excellence using the best of local British ingredients.
Sally says:
