Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards set by senior chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Support the team in food production tasks, including chopping, mixing, and plating dishes. Help manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen procedures. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Skills
