We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Commercial and Residential Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of commercial and residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of property law. The Commercial and Residential Conveyancer will work closely with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions from start to finish.

Responsibilities



Oversee the conveyancing process for residential properties, including preparing and reviewing legal documents. Conduct thorough title searches and due diligence to ensure clear property titles. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the transaction process. Coordinate with mortgage lenders, surveyors, and other professionals involved in the transaction. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to property transactions. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence. Assist clients in understanding their rights and obligations during the conveyancing process.

Experience



Proven experience in residential and commercial conveyancing or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools may be beneficial for understanding property modifications or inspections. Knowledge of tile laying, concrete forming, welding, and schematics can enhance the ability to assess property conditions effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction and documentation.
