Job Description
An international law firm with a market-leading technology practice, our client is looking to recruit a commercial associate, with at least 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 post-qualified commercial technology experience from another highly regarded commercial TMT team. The work is wide ranging, including drafting and negotiating the full range of commercial technology contracts, outsourcings, e-commerce, content and digital publishing, with a focus on the financial services sector. The partners are particularly interested in seeing applications from commercial technology lawyers who have had exposure to cloud computing and/or AI / artificial intelligence. The firm has an impressive roster of TMT clients ranging from major global tech brands to fast-growth start-ups. Much of the work has an international element and corporate support is relatively light for a leading City commercial technology practice.
