Job Description
The role includes:
- Advising on a wide variety of commercial and contractual matters in sport and media, including: (i) football transactional documentation and associated regulatory work, (ii) commercial rights agreements (including sponsorship, image rights, licensing, broadcast and other content exploitation), and (iii) general commercial contracts and advice (including supply arrangements, terms and conditions, agency, distribution, intellectual property, data etc).
Candidate Requirements:
- NQ to 5 years PQE (although we will consider outstanding candidates outside this range);
- Legally qualified to practise as a solicitor in England & Wales;
- Experience of advising on a commercial law matters and commercial contracts/transactions; and
- Experience advising on sports and media related matters is desirable, but not essential.
