Commercial Service Advisor needed in Gateshead
- Basic Salary of up to \xc2\xa326,000.
- OTE of c. \xc2\xa330,000.
- Working Hours - 40 Hour Week.
- Our client is seeking applications from experienced Service Advisors with excellent customer service skills.

What will the successful Commercial Service Advisor do?
- Organise customer bookings in collaboration with the workshop.
- Communicate with clients about vehicle problems, insurance questions, and warranty issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat custom.
- Approach transactions with sales-minded professionalism.
- Answer customer questions about services, including when to expect vehicle repairs.
- Experience working as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- An ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Confidence when using Microsoft Office Applications.
- Basic salary of up to \xc2\xa326,000.
- OTE of c. \xc2\xa330,000.
