Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant at our Wigan Office in our thriving commercial sector!As a Recruitment Consultant within our Commercial Team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the careers of professionals and contributing to the success of businesses within various industries such as, finance, marketing, sales, administration, and more.So, if you're passionate about recruitment, thrive in a lively environment, and have a knack for building strong relationships, we want you!What will this entail?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the commercial sector
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and cultural fit to provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand client base through lead generation, networking and referrals
• Utilise various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract top talent
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities within the commercial sector
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage the offer negotiation process and assist in the successful placement of candidates
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the commercial sector
