The firm\'s commercial real estate team have the expertise to deal with all commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, alterations, assignments, dilapidations, disposals, enforcement of covenants, financing, guarantees, lease renewals and negotiations, licences, licensed premises, mortgages and charges, occupation, options, portfolio management, possession, qualifying long term agreements, registration, rent deposits, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, SDLT, security, service charges, terminations and variations. The team act for a range of clients including London property developers, multi-million-pound investment properties in the UK and overseas.

The team are now seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their team to assist in the development of the practice. As part of the role, you can expect to advise on a variety of commercial real estate matters, such as those mentioned above for a wide array of clients across London, the UK, and beyond. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience advising on a full range of commercial real estate matters and able to demonstrate strong track record for business development.
