Commercial Real Estate Solicitor
Job Description
Our client is a prestigious Legal 100 International law firm with offices across the UK and Europe. Due to organic growth, its well-regarded Real Estate team is keen to hire an associate-level solicitor to join the team in Cheltenham.
You will:
- Act on behalf of the landed and urban estate clients, private capital developers and investors
- Handle matters across commercial development and investment projects, leasing, asset management and renewable energy matters, with a particular focus on strategic land development work
This will be client-facing role and a challenging opportunity for a Real Estate solicitor who is keen to gain exposure to high quality, complex transactions.
