We are working with a Band 1 Chambers ranked and Legal 500 firm who is looking to grow its existing commercial property team with multiple new strategic hires!

We are looking for a senior commercial property solicitor with a strong technical background who has an interest in developing junior members of the team and business development. This is an exceptional chance for someone passionate about commercial property law, looking for top-tier client engagement, challenging property transactions, and working with some of the largest law firms across the globe.

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Handling a diverse range of landlord and tenant work
- Engaging in property development projects
- Managing sales and purchases of owner-occupied and investment properties

This role will find you dealing with national and/or multi-national firms, including large and well-known brand names. The nature of work will give you fantastic exposure and you will be sitting across from some of the largest law firms in the world due to the quality of clients you will be working with, as well as the complex nature of their property transactions, which will provide you with an intellectually stimulating work environment that will propel your career forward.

The successful candidate will have:

- Ideally have 6+ years post-qualified experience (PQE) in commercial property law
- A solid understanding and experience of commercial property across various sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and legal technical skills
- The ability to handle a high level of client contact
- People management experience or an interest in developing your experience in management
- A passion for providing top-level service to long-standing, top-tier clients
