Commercial Property Solicitor
with strong experience as aConveyancing Fee Earner
to join a growing, forward-thinking law firm in Sheffield.What you'll do:
Manage your own caseload of commercial and residential property transactions Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and third parties Use a modern case management system Meet performance targets and ensure regulatory compliance
What we need:
Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing Confidence managing files independently Familiarity with SDLT, Land Registry Portal, and case management systems Strong communication and organisation skills
