Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven newly qualified real estate solicitor to join a supportive close-knit team within an extremely well-established law firm in Leamington Spa.
You will be running your own case-load of commercial property cases which would include but not be limited to, the overseeing of completions, the drafting and amending of documents, site acquisition, and general transaction management. Experience regarding banking and finance would be advantageous but not essential, however a willingness to learn these duties is key to the position. You will have had experience in a real estate team and have a desire to be an indispensable member and contributor to the future of the real estate department. You will work closely with 3 other solicitors and report to a partner acting as a line manager.
