Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked firm based in oxford.
This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading team in handling an array of Commercial Property matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 Years\' PQE within Commercial Property, will be adept in providing support to Partners/Senior Solicitors and also managing own caseload whilst working independently and will have sound client care skills.
This role will include, but may not be limited to:
- Supporting the Property team on a broad range of Commercial Property transactions with a key focus on retail and hospitality clients, large corporate and some ecclesiastical property work.
- Conducting work within the educational and charity sectors.
- Managing your own caseload and providing support to other members of the team where necessary.
- Assisting on a variety of matters which may include: Landlord & Tenant; Acquisitions & Disposals; Business Occupier Services; Corporate and Insolvency Support; Investment properties; Property Reorganisation etc.
