My client is a progressive, commercially successful but also friendly law firm proud of its enviable reputation and high quality advice and service it provides to clients.

The Candidate:

They are looking for a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (0 - 1 PQE) or experienced Paralegal to join its Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team.

The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of Commercial Property Law along with the ability to establish and build on good client relationships and take and action effectively detailed instructions.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Be self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative as well as within a very supportive team. Be able to absorb information from people and documents swiftly and accurately. Possess excellent IT skills. Have an aptitude for dealing with members of the public, official bodies and owner-managed businesses courteously and confidently. Have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. Have a good knowledge of all aspects of the law and rules/regulations in this area of law along with knowledge and understanding of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations. Have sound experience in Commercial Conveyancing Must be a good team player willing to work cooperatively with others Good organisation with strong administration skills Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel Have the ability to be highly productive Be able to cope with pressure Ability to quickly adjust to new systems and work processes
