THE ROLE:
There is an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years\' PQE to join a reputable firms Real Estate Commercial department. In addition to handling a variety of commercial sales, purchases, leases, and development work across a range of sectors, you will also provide advice to existing and new clients on a range of Commercial Property issues. It would be beneficial if the individual has supervisory experience as they would be assisting more junior fee earners in handling transactions. It will be an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to join a busy property department with extensive experience in advising across the full range of Commercial Property legal matters. The firm does offer hybrid working arrangements with 4 days worked from the office and one day a week worked remotely.

THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced commercial property solicitor, you will have extensive experience working on a busy caseload covering the full spectrum of commercial property matters. Our client is seeking associate or senior associate solicitors with experience in dealing with a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor looking to progress their career, as you will be joining a driven and dynamic firm.
