JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

THE ROLE:
A well-established firm has an exciting opportunity that has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate Commercial department. The appointed solicitor will handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters to include, business/property sales and purchases, commercial leases, property development and the refinancing and mortgages of commercial property. It would be beneficial if the individual has supervisory experience as they would be assisting more junior fee earners in handling transactions. Our client offers hybrid working arrangements with 4 days worked from the office and one day a week worked remotely. The firm require an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills to ensure the best service is delivered.

THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is seeking associate or senior associate solicitors with experience in dealing with a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters. The successful Solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years\' post-qualification experience in commercial property. The firm seek a candidate who has the ability to work well in a team, as well as independently to join a driven and dynamic leading team. The successful candidate will be exceptional at building lasting working relationships with clients and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the commercial property team\'s ongoing success.
