A new opening for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join the Real Estate team at this leading Scottish independent law firm. The ideal candidate will have between 6 months and 4 years of PQE in commercial property. The role is based within the Edinburgh team and also offers hybrid working where you can work from home 2 days/week.

The successful candidate would be part of a team working on a broad variety of Scottish commercial real estate transactions. There is a strong emphasis on investment acquisitions/sales and commercial development work, as well as landlord and tenant work (leasing and lease management). The role will involve assisting senior team members in organising, progressing and completing real estate transactional business for a range of clients from local entrepreneurs to international and blue-chip investors.

You must have a passion for commercial real estate, be pragmatic and results-focussed and be able to work under pressure and to tight timescales. Candidates must have a positive attitude, a focus on quality and a determination to provide first-class service to our clients.

In addition to a competitive basic salary, you can also expect a generous holiday allowance including additional holidays accrued for working outwith contractual hours and a discretionary bonus which is worth up to 20%.
