Douglas Scott is currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor, for a highly regarded Legal firm based in Crosby, Liverpool. This firm has a reputation for their excellent levels of client care in delivering high quality legal services to their varied client base.

On offer is the opportunity to work at this highly ranked firm within Commercial Property with long-standing roots in the Liverpool area. They are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic personality to join their department, and their tight-knit team.

This role will involve managing your own caseload of all aspects of commercial property including a full spectrum of good quality complex commercial real estate work, including sales, purchases, developments, and leasing. You will have experience managing your own caseload, preferably from a small to mid-size firm, and be able to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.

Professional must-haves:

Qualified for upwards of 3 years within commercial property

Personable preferences:

A good technical background & commercial awareness
Energetic and natural enthusiasm to bring to the team
