Are you an experienced Commercial Property Partner who is looking for a new challenge? Or are you a Senior Associate looking to take that step up to Partner level but unable to at your current firm?
This forward-thinking leading Legal 100 law firm, based in Southampton, has a proven track record of success and is looking for a Partner level hire in its Real Estate team, in this key placement due to expansion. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage, to give you the right support required to make this role a success.
You\'ll be handling a broad range of HNW commercial property work for a varied client base including household names, developers, and investors. Work will include landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements.
My client offers hybrid fashion, working from home and attending their office.
Your role as a Commercial Property Partner will involve:
- To be able to lead and run transactions
- Supervision of junior solicitors in the team
- Play an active role in the growth of the department
- Dealing with clients that include household names
