Weybridge | 26,000 | Hybrid (2 days WFH)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a well-regarded law firm based in Weybridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their property experience within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will be assisting the team with a broad range of matters including:

Supporting fee earners with acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant matters Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, title documents, and other legal correspondence Carrying out property searches and assisting with due diligence Preparing and submitting Land Registry and SDLT applications Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties to progress transactions smoothly Providing general administrative and file management support

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in commercial property or real estate law Confident working on a caseload under supervision with a proactive and organised approach Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills A team player who is eager to learn and develop a long-term career in commercial property
