Job Title: Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Leicesterxc2xa324,000 - xc2xa330,000My client is a top legal 200 multi-site firm with an excellent reputation for promoting internal progression and creating an environment conducive to a healthy work life balance.
They are currently looking for a commercial property paralegal to join their close-knit team based in Leicester. This is a fantastic chance to work within a thriving commercial property team, assisting with a wide variety of legal matters for clients in different sectors.Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation, drafting, and reviewing of commercial property documents such as leases, licenses, and sale agreements.
• Conducting property searches and due diligence to ensure transactions are smooth and efficient.
• Assisting with the management of property portfolios, including coordinating renewals, assignments, and tenancy agreements.
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and other professionals to provide high-level legal support and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Preparing and submitting legal forms, notices, and applications to relevant authorities.
• Maintaining accurate case files and keeping up to date with developments in relevant legislation.
• Supporting senior solicitors and partners in the execution of complex transactions.
• Managing client correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

You:
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in commercial property law and a proactive attitude towards managing a varied caseload. They will have previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within a commercial property team, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. The firm is looking for someone who demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and is capable of working efficiently under pressure.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be comfortable liaising with clients and third parties, showing professionalism and confidence in all interactions. The firm values individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
A law degree (or equivalent qualification) is preferred, and experience with commercial property transactions is highly desirable.Benefits:
