You will be joining a well respected regional firm, working with the commercial property team. The department are has quality work and clients , committed and require someone at that junior level to assist working with an enviable global client list which contains anyone from established independents to large corporates.

In the Real Estate team, you will be responsible for:

• A caseload of:

• The acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; t
• The grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters;
• acquisition and development of sites; joint venture agreements and more.
• Researching relevant laws and previous cases of interest to provide clients with accurate advice across a variety of sectors
• Keeping up to date regarding new developments in the law.
• Building strong relationships with the firm\'s client base.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Have completed at least one commercial property seat in your training contract and have at least one year\'s post qualification experience at a reputable firm
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Client-facing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A desire and willingness to assist in business development and marketing
