Commercial Litigation Associate - 3-6 PQE Global offshore firm | Commercial Litigation| London | \xc2\xa395,000 - \xc2\xa3115,000 The firm / team: \xc2\xb7 Successful candidates can look forward to joining a global offshore law firm, considered to be one of the largest law firms in the world, based in London, looking to strengthen their Commercial disputes offering with the addition of a talented mid-level associate. \xc2\xb7 They are considered to be amongst the leading law firms in the world for Commercial Litigation law, specialising in complex commercial disputes. \xc2\xb7 You will be joining a specialised team, considered to be arguably the largest offshore offering in London, who handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters across a range of sectors, for financial institutions, and commercial clients. \xc2\xb7 This is a hardworking firm, offering a market-leading salary with a reasonable chargeable hours contribution. The role: \xc2\xb7 As a Commercial Litigation Associate within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department. \xc2\xb7 The firm are looking for someone capable of developing into a trusted advisor to their biggest clients, across a variety of sectors, including banking, corporate, and regulatory. \xc2\xb7 The work involved will include advising on contentious, multi-jurisdictional offshore matters, relating predominantly to major restructurings, corporate, commercial, and financial disputes. \xc2\xb7 Depending on experience, you may be expected to deal with disputes relating to, litigation and insolvency matters, in addition to fraud, asset recovery, shareholder and corporate disputes, and contentious trust matters. About you: \xc2\xb7 Applications are sought from talented Associates with at least three years\' post qualification experience, gained in England & Wales or offshore jurisdiction. \xc2\xb7 You will possess strong academics, and a confident understanding of commercial litigation law, ideally from a Top 50/Offshore background and/or a leading Legal 500 background. \xc2\xb7 Candidates should have strong organisation skills and a keen interest in joining one of the world\'s largest law firms Benefits: \xc2\xb7 Salary package of \xc2\xa395,000 - \xc2\xa3115,000 \xc2\xb7 25 days annual leave. \xc2\xb7 Bonus scheme. \xc2\xb7 Enhanced maternity and paternity pay. \xc2\xb7 Cycle to work scheme.
