The role
Supporting and challenging performance across the Commercial function, your many stakeholders will include the Trading Director, Buying Contollers and leaders across Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Insight and Buying Controllers. You\'ll work with the Commercial Leadership and Finance Leadership teams to address core issues and improve working relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and challenging performance review process to review the monthly category P&Ls, stock position, and monthly overheads. You\'ll also influence the Commercial strategy from a Finance perspective through skills, knowledge and experience. Additionally you will:

• Lead on improvements to planning and forecasting process
• Support the introduction and roll-out of new reporting processes and enhancements
• Lead and develop of a team of Finance Business Partners

The Person

• Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Very commercially minded and performance focussed
• Experienced and comforatable within a dynamic, changing environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and structured approch
• Strong leadership and team development skills

Salary to \xc2\xa390k, 25% bonus, \xc2\xa37k car allowance, family health cover, comprehensive benefits.

Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office which must include Mondays.
