Commercial Executive

An exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Performance team, where we\'ve invested heavily into data and technology.

We\'re looking for a commercially focused leader, with a growth mindset and brilliant communication skills to identify development opportunities across ancillary products and supplier relationships.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Commercial Performance Manager, you will play a key part in driving the performance and profitability of our products, and management of our supplier relationships. Using data to collect insights and analysis on our commercial business.

We\'re flexible on location, based at home or either of our London and Bexhill offices with regular travel between office and home.

How you will make a difference:

• You will manage the trading performance and delivery of initiatives to drive growth, using data analytics to make your recommendations
• Effective supplier relationship management; identifying and resolving operational and commercial issues, whilst establishing opportunities to support growth
• In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of good customer outcomes; effective monitoring of customer value and mitigation of potential customer detriment; completion of annual product reviews & value assessments
• Support the implementation of the Ancillary Partner, and Product development strategies overseeing the performance across our products

As a growing business this role is critical to our delivery and success, you will have strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of what makes a successful and profitable business - it will be exciting, busy and challenging so a hands-on approach is key.

You enjoy coming up with creative and innovative ideas to improve performance, using data to help tell the story. You\'ll need strong communication and exceptional stakeholder skills, with a strong record of effectively engaging and interacting with suppliers and senior leadership.
