ROLE SUMMARY
This role has UK scope with additional alignment with the Global Tender & Contracts team. The role is accountable for contracts lifecycle management of the entire PGB portfolio covering product set up, pricing, tender management, discounting, and discontinuations.

Ownership of External Product Process-Related Communications (e.g. launches)
Key Accountabilities
Maintain the UK Tenders & Contracts Platform as a Centre of Excellence for Internal and External Stakeholders
Manage all Tendering & Contracting across One Pfizer
Manage the lifecycle of all tenders & contracts from identification to submission, award and optimisation, including pricing, contract analysis, discounts & rebates.
Manage the interface between Pfizer SAP and the Logistics Service Provider
Act as SME for internal stakeholders leading on all tender submissions & contracts to ensure commercial advantage is maximised.
Build & maintain external stakeholder relationships across the procurement landscape, i.e. NHS England, National Services Scotland, NHS Wales Procurement, HSC Northern Ireland.
Uphold the role of the UK as Centre of Excellence for tendering & contracting with the Global Tenders Team & Pfizer UK. Sharing best practice and proactively driving innovation and efficiencies within the tender & contracting process.
Aid the delivery of the One Pfizer Tendering and Contracting strategy, working closely with the One Pfizer Tender Community across the business to ensure customer insights, external stakeholder requirements and internal commercial strategies are aligned.
Pricing Management Across One Pfizer, including third party providers
Ownership of SAP Pricing and Alliance Interface Management
Ensure full governance and management of all SAP Pricing and daily interface.
Identify and escalate alliance interface pricing discrepancies within 24 hours.
Lead on the resolution, internally and with Alliance Healthcare, on any pricing interface issues.
Ensure Generally Satisfactory or better ratings in all internal Corporate Finance and External Audits (Annually)
Manage all Third Party Customer Pricing & Contracts Across One Pfizer

Clinical Trials Commercial Offers & Individual Pricing Agreements
Providing expertise during the decision-making process on commercial projects, including the legalities/feasibility of commercial offers, to ensure compliance.
Lead as the SME and embed a defined One Pfizer approach for all Secondary Care pricing
Off Contract Claims (OCC\xe2\x80\x99s)
Management of the OCC end to end procedure in line with the BGMA and defined internal Process.
Product External Communications
Ensuring accurate product information sharing with critical external stakeholders such as the NHS Business Services Authority, C&D, Alliance, datapharm, Pricing Concessions Team:
Launches
Divestments
Discontinuations
f Code changes
EAN code changes
Shortage reporting process
DASH portal oversight
Supply mitigations e.g. unlicensed imports
Product Price List and Schedule of Amendments Management
maintenance of an up-to-date PDF & Excel document detailing all Pfizer POM medicines (licensed) in a range of categories, such as \'distributed by Alliance Healthcare\', Not Distributed by AHDL,

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Highly literate with Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SAP Sales Order Management (can be trained)
NHS and Public Procurement expertise
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Ability to understand, review and advise on complex procurement documentation
Ability to perform complex data analysis, interpretation and good financial acumen
Influencing of senior leaders
Excellence in cross functional collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Project ownership ensuring timely delivery of complex commercial arrangements
Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines
