Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and safe environment for guests.

We are looking for reliable, trustworthy individuals to join our ever-expanding team. Opportunities outside of this particular role are available, MoLo Cleaning Services provide services across all of Staffordshire.

Predominantly, this role is for one day per week. However, additional hours are available.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Carry out detailed deep cleaning activities on a rotational basis. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Carry out housekeeping tasks, such as bed changeovers, room dressing, etc Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with special cleaning projects as required, such as deep cleans or post-event clean-ups. Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timeframes. Identify potential maintenance issues and report them immediately

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.35 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
