Based at our offices/workshops in Folkestone the we specialise in sales, servicing, maintenance, and repairs of all types of commercial kitchen equipment .

A major part of our business is the design, build and installation of new kitchen projects where we carry out all elements of the build in house from planning applications through extraction, HVAC, walls, floors, building works and appliance installation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a catering engineer / installation engineer for immediate start due to our continued growth.

A standard working day will be leaving home in your own van around 08.00 and back home around 17:00 and you will be paid door to door.
We do have a flexible approach to working hours and would expect you to have the same.

We endeavour to have early starts over late finishes and do not insist on compulsory weekends or callouts.

As a Catering Engineer you will be carrying out maintenance, repair, fault finding and installation of Commercial Catering equipment.

This role is field based and will require you to be customer facing as well as meeting clients. Previous experience is essential as is knowledge of key industry brands.
We are looking for an electrically trained engineer rather than refrigeration or gas qualified, although these skills will of course be useful.

A competitive salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
You must have willingness to learn new skills.

You will be field based covering Kent. Full-time working hours typically amount to 40 hours per week, excluding a daily break of 30 minutes. 20 Days holiday plus bank holidays (Rising to 25 after a successful probationary period) Full Driver's License and DBS required.
